On a scarlet field with gold fringe borders with two drum sticks attached; above an adaptation of the Great Seal of the United States in gold, four maroon scrolls turned gold inscribed “ARMY SUPERIOR UNIT AWARD”, “1995-1996”, “2011-2012”, and “2013-2014” in gold letters.  Below the Great Seal a yellow ribbon scroll folded back on itself turned blue inscribed “UNITED STATES ARMY TRAINING AND DOCTRINE COMMAND BAND” in blue letters, beneath the scroll a yellow sword crossed by a yellow torch with red flames fimbriated yellow, surmounted by a disc composed of three equal vertical stripes in order:  blue, yellow, and scarlet within a green border.  Below a ribbon flourish repeated eight times with a connecting oval loop all in yellow.
